Big Earle’s BBQ is looking for two new legends to join the team for a few shifts a week — including weekends.

We’re not your average workplace — it’s loud, it’s greasy, it’s busy, and it’s chaotic…
but it’s also full of laughs, the best-smelling smoke in Melbourne, and the kindest customers you’ll ever meet.

1️⃣ Junior Dishwasher (Weekends)
Perfect for someone keen to learn the ropes and be part of the crew. No experience needed — just energy and enthusiasm!

2️⃣ Front of House Superstar
We’re after a friendly, confident communicator who can greet guests, sell the menu, and keep the good vibes flowing.

☑️ Staff lunch = the city’s best 12-hour smoked barbecue

• Excellent English skills
• A friendly, helpful attitude and confidence with customers
• Hospitality experience (FOH or BOH)
• Willingness to get your hands dirty (dishes, cleaning, learning new stations)
• Must be 18+
• RSA certificate (or be happy to complete it online)
• Recent references we can contact

• Weekdays & weekends
• Lunches and dinners — no dawn starts or midnight finishes!

Shift pattern:

• Wednesday lunch
   
• Thursday lunch
   
• Friday lunch & dinner
   
• Saturday lunch & dinner
   
• Sunday lunch
   

• Paid under the Fast Food Award (or above)
• 3–7 hour shifts
• 1-month probation period
